You may return new items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund only if the item is damaged or broken. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping cost. You will send the unused item in its original packaging, after receiving the item, we will make an inspection of its condition to give a satisfactory authorization for the refund.
ITEMS ON SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
We will charge a $25 restocking fee and $45 for the Weekender "Rommy" model.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We are not responsible for delays due to shipping companies.
When placing an order, our responsibility ends until we deliver the package to the company you have chosen for delivery. We can assist in locating the package, but we are not responsible for delays, losses, etc. since we do not have any control of these delivery companies.
Please also note that the shipping rates (International Shipping) for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
